11/07/02:
Well well well, long time no see everyone! I have been so busy with college and work that I have had no time for anything lately. a few things to note about. I finally completed my 5-Speed conversion back in mid-July. I had some problems like wrong parts, missing parts, and leaky parts, but it all worked out in the end. I was using a JWT Stage II clutch which is one of the best money can buy (other than a puck disk), and for some odd reason, it blew out within a month. So now I am using an ACT Street clutch. All I can say is that this clutch GRABS!!!! And so far it is holding up very well with the addition of a 100 shot of Nitrous.

I guess, finally, I am gonna start back on the web-site again and get it updated with more How-Tos and all that good stuff. I owe to this sie anyways. So, I will be seeing you all around more. Take it easy during the Holidays.

5/19/02:
I am almost finished with all my school crap and then I will be working full-time here on out. But, this means more time for the site and more mods/time for my Maxima. Near the middle of June I will be doing an Auto to 5-Speed conversion on the Minima. I am sick of the auto to the fullest extent, I miss my old 95 5-speed (totaled by a lady running a red light), and I have too much already into this Maxima to just trade her in for a 5-speed. So, I bought a WHOLE 5-speed conversion kit from Roy, Demian on the .org, and it will be here shortly. It will be tons of fun, not!

On another note, I have some bad news regarding a fellow Atlanta Maxipad owner. Carl (Nismo2020) is being shipped off to Hawaii for 3-4 years, that will be a bad loss for us since he is the one to usually pull us together and make us laugh (mainly at his corney remarks lol). But its all good, Jay25 has moved here and will kinda sorta take his place, although he can't be a loud (Maxima wise) as Carl's Maxima is lol. Anyways, I am gonna start again updating all the pages, missed links, bad pictures, etc. So bare with me on this. I will keep you all updated.

4/2/02:
Hello all, how's it going? Well, after a long time away and doing other things, I am back. I had to reformat my hard drive and for those of you that know what I am talking about, it is a royal pain when you have a ton of stuff on the computer. So, now that is out of the way, I am going to start back on the site. Many of you have sent me emails regarding your names and info on the members list, well, I will need you to email the changes that you need or if you are not a member, I will need you to fill out the form in the members section and submit it to me. So, until we speak again, stay safe during Spring Break everyone.

12/21/01:
Well everyone, I am heading off to Pennsylvania tomorrow to visit the relatives. I will update the page when I get back. Again, if your name is not up on the member list, please fill out the form in the member's section and send it to me. I will put your names on when I get back from PA. I hope that all of you have a great Christmas and I hope to talk with you when I get back. Happy Holidays.

12/14/01:
I updated the member section. I had a few to add in. I had a lot more to add but my stupid email service deleted them for some odd reason. So again, I am asking you if your name does NOT appear on the Member list or on the member section, please fill in the form located on those pages and email it to me. Thank you all. I will be regularly updating the site before I go to Pennsylvania on the 21st. Have fun!!

11/22/01:
HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!!!! Well, after an interesting week, I finally have my body kit back on and the car is lowered with B&G Springs and KYB AGX Struts. It actually rides pretty nice. It is harsher than stock, but still rides better than most other combos out there. All in all, I am happy with it. Ok everyone, I am off to stuff my face with turkey and stuffing. I will post back more information on meets and updates within the next week or so.

10/24/01:
The Kegger at Bosco500's house has been canceled. He is going out of town to Minnesota to visit someone. So, its a no-go on that meet. Keep checking back for updates and news on maxima meets. Again, if your name is not listed in the "Member's Section", then please fill out the form and send it to me. Thanks all.

10/23/01:
There is a planned "Mini-Maxima" meet at Bosco500's house on Friday, October 26th. It will be like a cook-out (bar-b-que) where everyone is invited, granted that you bring some sort of snack and/or alcoholic beverage. Most likely there will be a good number of people there, taken that free beer is the key to get them to come ("If you give them free beer, they will come"). I will post directions when I get them from Bosco500. Anyways, keep your plans free. Keep looking here for directions or look under "Kegger at my house in gwinett" under the Southeast Group Section under Maxima.org forums. Peace all.

10/22/01:
Ok, I just got done with Mid-Terms and can I say Ouch, but I am glad they are finally done. Well, I just finished with sanding down my front bumper and my body kit, ordered a 97-99 rear bumper and the $tillen rear body kit pieces for my 96 Maxima. They are going in sometime this week to get painted, so my Maxima will finally look good again. My B&G springs just came in, but I am waiting on my KYB AGX's to come in from Phuong. So finally my Maxima is coming together. If your name is still not listed in the Member's Section, please fill out the Member's Form and send it to me. Sorry about the delays in the updating of the site. I will start next week with updating all the bad links and all the bad pictures.

9/12/01:
What can I say? After what has just happened in New York yesterday, I don't think that there are words that can describe the horror there. I don't ask much, but I do want to ask all my fellow Maxima Enthusiasts to pray for those that have been hurt, wounded, injured, or killed in the New York and Washington D.C. area. May God help us for what will happen in the near future. But, please keep them in mind. I will continue updating the site as the month moves on.

8/20/01:
After a clean and professional installation, the NOS is working perfect. I am so glad to have that extra 50 horsepower laying around. But after a better fuel pump is installed, that 50 horsepower will become 75 horsepower. But it is all good. I have completely stripped down my body kit and my front bumper, having them re-painted the right way this time. Also, I am starting my 97-99 rear-end conversion within the next two weeks or so. So wish me luck. If you still haven't been added to the members list, please email your info. Later all.

8/8/01:
I added some articles in the How-To section. I also went ahead and added some more members. Again, if your name is NOT up on the members page, please fill out the member's form and re-submit it to me again. Thanks again for your patience.

8/7/01:
I have begun updating all the pages in the site. One thing that I need to ask of the members is that if you sent a request to become a member and your name is NOT up on the members section, can you please re-send all your information again. I am updating all the wrong links and all images that are not coming up. I am also going to start adding more "How-To's". I successfully installed the NOS system the other day, but I am scared to try it out. I am going to wait for a "perfect" day to test it. Wish me luck on that. Also, I am starting on my 97-99 Rear end conversion. I will keep you all updated as the work progessess.

7/1/01:
No new updates to the page as of yet. I have been looking into getting the "Happy Gas" for the Maxima, considering I can't afford a supercharger. I know a lot of you are saying that I will destroy my engine, hurt it, etc. but after some major considering, I have decided to go down the NOS road. Email me if you have some info that you would like to give me. So, for probably the next month or so, no movies or going out to eat for me. Wish me luck. Later

5/13/01:
And yet again, after having some school issues to deal with and to put on my Cattman Y-Pipe, I am again in the process of working on the page. I am very sorry for the delay. Finals are coming up soon so no new updates for the next two weeks, sorry guys. After school, I will be updating the "How-To" section and the members pages. I have been getting many emails about people wanting to change their profiles around. I will be moving SMG to a permanent server and give it a new address. When I do that, I will setup the system to where you all can edit your own profiles without having to go through me. I will keep you updated within the next few days.

4/30/01:
After some extensive work to my Maxima, it is finally coming together. I just recently had a body kit installed and the front bumper repainted. I think that I will have the front spoiler and rear pieces molded onto the car to give it a cleaner look. I am going to start working on the site more, just give me a little more time. Thanks all. There will be a Maxima meet in the planning at Stone Mountain in early June. I will post mroe information regarding the meet in the near future.

4/17/01:
We are starting to make "mini-Maxima" meets in the Atlanta area at the Starbuck's in Roswell. Although it is nothing big, we are starting to get everything together. We are meeting again this coming Saturday at around 6:00 or so. I will post back more exact times before Saturday to make sure. Check back in a few days.

4/2/01:
Well, after the site was deleted because of not updating the page within a certain time frame, I am reloading the site back up. I apologize for the inconvenience. I was occupied with Mid-Terms and work, but I am putting full effort back to the page. I will post more updates in the near future. Until then, I apologize for the delay. -Erik

2/12/01:
Cheston is now offereing a group buy on Indiglo Guages for the 98-99 Maximas. The deal is $70.00 shipped for the analog setup (dial) 2-color controller and $90.00 shipped for the digital setup (touch pad) 6-color controller. 95-97 Maximas will be available within the next three weeks, so patience is needed. As noted from Cheston, there is no need to remove the needles when installing and there is no buzz being emmitted from the controller box. If you are interested, you need to email Cheston the following information: Name, Address, Email, Phone Number, Year of Max, and your choice of Analog or Digital controller. He will then forward this information to Initial K Auto Concepts. Click Here to visit Cheston's page and Click Here to email him.

1/28/01:
I added a search engine to the page. After some hard work and effort, I got it to work. It isn't perfect, but believe me, it will do. I hope that you like it and if there are any problems, please email me.

1/21/01:
I added the Maxima.org Screen names to the Members' profiles. Now you can find each other on the Maxima.org site. Also, I alphabetized the Members Complete List so it isn't as confusing. Many people have been emailing me asking to me to implement a way that you can change your profile yourself. Well, I looked into this and it is very very complex. I am now in the process of setting up my own domain-name for this site; when that is completed, then I will add the feature where you can update your profile yourself. I will keep you updated.

1/13/01:
Today, there was a planned meet at US Play in Marietta, Georgia. Basically, every import car was invited. A group of Maximas, including myself decided to attend. We all agreed to meet at a Bed Bath & Beyond about 1 mile down. When we felt we had everyone, we made a "mini convoy" out of the parking lot and into the US Play parking lot. It was perfect. All 6 of us came right in and parked next to each other, one right after the other. It looked great. We made a really BIG statement to those little "four banger" Civics. For about 4 hours, everyone talked and conversed. Went into US Play and ate a very well deserved meal; talked about Maxima topics. And in general, it was a very nice day, a definite win for the Maximas in our area. Pictures will be posted in the "Images" section very shortly.

1/5/01:
The current members list is newly updated. I am still figuring out how to lay out the "Images" page. I have the photos, but I just need a basic template lol. Anyways, the site is basically completed. If you have any problems, just drop me an email. Have Fun!
